Full-time weekly rates are due every Monday. Payments not received by Wednesday will be considered delinquent. Full payment is expected during illness, with half payment for extended illnesses. Ensure timely payments to avoid any service disruptions.

Provide a two-week written notice before withdrawing your child from the program. No refunds are given for improper notice. The center will also provide a two-week notice if terminating services, except in non-amicable situations.
