Preschoolers

Old West End Daycare Center's preschool program for children aged 3-5 years is designed to provide a robust foundation for their educational journey. We offer nutritious meals, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, all in accordance with the Ohio Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). We accommodate private pay and Title XX participants through the Lucas County Department of Job & Family Services and Lucas County Children Services.

Our preschool activities encompass quiet time, gross motor activities, handwashing, nap time, breakfast, bathroom breaks, snacks, self-motivated free choice, project/activity time, playtime, dinner preparation, and group activities. These routine activities help preschoolers develop independence, creativity, and social skills.
